Many of the course(s) and program(s) offerings available for purchase on our website are non-tangible irrevocable goods; digitally based products. Because of this, we do not issue refunds once the order is complete, as the customer has access to the digitally based material immediately upon purchase. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item(s) on this website. All sales are final.
If any physically defective item is shipped (any item known as a physical good) such as a book or CD - If it arrives to your home and is defective in some way, it will be replaced for you. Contact us for further details if you want to request a replacement on a physical item that is damaged or defective. On an individual basis, you may be asked to ship back the physical item to us in its condition it arrived to you prior to receiving a replacement. Once we receive the item, then your replacement will be shipped to you at no extra charge.

No refunds are given on any digitally based items; courses and/or programs; no exceptions. Please contact us through our Contact Us area of this website prior to making any purchase to ask any questions you may have.
Non-delivery of product:
If you do not receive your digital course and/or program receipt of purchase, which contains the hyperlink you will need to download your digitally based materials: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server, you might not receive a delivery email from us or it could land in your e-mail spam filter. If this is the case, you need to make contact with us immediately to let us know you did not receive the receipt. Before contacting us, first check your inbox and then your spam folder within your e-mail system. Your digital receipt is sent to the email address you used when you made your purchase on this website. If you still do not have it, contact us to let us know immediately. Please see our FAQ/Policy Page on this website for full details. If we have not heard from you within the initial 48-hour period after your purchase, your product will be considered received by you and downloaded.
If you have trouble downloading and/or unzipping issues with the digital file(s): If this happens and you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping process, try updating or downloading a new version of a free unzipping software online to resolve the issue. We cannot send the digital files to you unzipped in most cases, as they are simply to large to send via email unzipped. Most of the time all that is needed is an update to the unzipping software already installed on your computer. If you do not have such software, you can usually download a copy either free or for a small fee through an unzipping software company.
What if the course(s) or program(s) is not as described:
Please note that we make every effort on the product sales page to provide you with a very detailed product description that clearly, accurately, and fully describes the item. If you have any questions, you should contact us prior to completing your purchase. Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description made available on the sales page of each product. We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications. All of our courses and programs are offered as PDF digital files using Adobe, which should be compatible on virtually every computer, pad, or mobile device that supports Adobe PDF.
Readings: All readings we conduct for a customer is sent to the customer directly through email as either a PDF digital attachments or in some cases sent as text in the body of an email. All readings are digitally based goods and are non-refundable. All readings are considered for entertainment purposes only. The customer must be 18-years of age to purchase a reading.
Sessions: All sessions are conducted via 'distance' at a designated time and date decided upon beforehand between practitioner and recipient. All sessions being sent by distance means are considered for entertainment purposes only. The customer must be 18-years of age to purchase a session. All sessions are non-refundable.
