Rating PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!
 
Medidation has always been a difficult process for me to grasp. Every time I would try and give it a fair chance I would fail in one way or another. Either I could not stop my mind from racing, I would not be able to get comfortable, my breathing would always get in the way and a full array of other difficult things that would stop me from relaxing and truly enjoying the experience. This course offered through Divine Blessings Academy fully explains each of these issues and allows the student to learn the proper techniques to master this form of relaxation. The course fully explains the proper way to use your breathing, reflection, deliberation, proper concentration and more to make the meditation experience most enjoyable. Everyone should take a part of every single day to meditate for what every period of time they can fit into their busy schedule. Once you have learned how to master this process the positive benefits are many. This course if full of the best material covering the art of meditation and I highly recommend it to all who are either beginners as well as those that are more advanced. I really struggled with this meditation lesson in the beginning. I had every excuse in the world not to meditate. Although I still did to some extent, especially before doing an energy healing. But otherwise I never was able to find the time. Now, I can’t imagine NOT meditating daily. I never thought it would be part of my daily routine or something that I would love, but it is! Thank you, thank you!!
