Q: Why Divine Blessings Academy®?
A: Divine Blessings Academy® is an accredited academy serving individuals around the globe. We specialize in spiritual and energy healing topics of study, offering a wide variety of individual courses and full programs of curriculum to meet the specific needs of our ever-expanding community. We continually strive to offer our students wonderful topics of study, providing a wealth of information while being both inspiring and empowering to their life. Q: Do you offer traditional courses or programs?
A: No, Divine Blessings Academy® is a non-traditional, alternative spiritually-based & energy-healing based academy and credits may or may not be accepted by other colleges. Our offerings are based on spiritual and energy healing topics of the author and some also based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda as shared by his direct disciple, Swami Kriyananda.
Q: What topics do you offer?
A: We offer a wide variety of topics throughout our curriculum and are always expanding. We offer topics in energy healing, spiritual healing/living, mind-body-spirit harmony and balance, reiki, meditation, chakras, prosperity/abundance, harmonizing relationships, success/confidence, peace, happiness, joy, affirmations and positive thinking, angelic studies, vibratory/sound therapy, oracle card studies, and so much more.
Q: Do I need any experience or education prior to purchasing any of your course/program offerings?
A: No, you do not. Anyone, anywhere in the world may purchase our courses and/or programs and no prior experience is necessary.
Q: Are your offerings accredited?
A: Yes, we are recognized by International Natural Healers Association (INHA).
Q: I reside overseas. Can I still complete courses/programs?
A: Yes, but whether the certificates of completion(s) will be recognized in your country is unknown.
Q: I am already a Reiki Master, do I need to retake this course from your academy?
A: No, you only need to send us a digital copy of your certificate and lineage. Then, upon approval, you may skip/bypass the course within our program and would not need to purchase ours.
Q: How do I enroll?
A: Enrolling is easy and there are no enrollment forms or other complicated steps to complete to enroll with us. Simply purchase your desired materials from the website and at checkout provide us with the required information (name/mailing address/etc).
Q: How are the courses and/or programs sent to me?
A: In most cases, they are sent via PDF as an instant download, sent directly to your email address you use at the time of your purchase. The hyperlink to download the materials can be found toward the bottom of your emailed receipt of purchase. Additionally, some of our offerings include mailed textbooks. Those materials are shipped out to you within 5 to 7 business days after the date of your purchase.
Q: Are there examinations included in the materials?
A: Yes, all courses and/or programs we offer include an examination. Should you desire to receive a certificate of completion, you may submit your examination to us online, through a digitally secure area available only to registered students. This secure area provides an instant score result when you submit your exam. The passing score is 80% or higher. The exam is not timed. If you pass with a score of 80% or higher, you will be awarded with a certificate of completion sent to you via email (PDF). If not, you may choose to retake the examination once more. The exam will be repopulated into your account within 24- to 48-hours after the first failed submission. If you retake the exam the second time and do not pass with a score of 80% or higher, you will not be able to retake the exam. The second time is the ONLY time re-submissions are allowed.
Q: My last name changed (as in divorce or marriage) after I received my certificate of completion(s). Can I have my certificate of completion(s) updated to my new last name?
A: We do not change or alter certificate of completion(s) once they have been sent to you via email as PDF files. The first and last name that you utilize at your time of purchase/enrollment on our website is the name in which we utilize on your certificate of completion(s). Additionally, we do not resend or re-issue certificate of completion(s) via email once they are sent.
Q: Do I have to submit the exam or can I just purchase the materials to read the information?
A: No, you do not have to submit the exam. You may purchase the materials just to read as a book if you like and you would not need to submit an exam; additionally no certificate of completion will be sent to you, if that is the case.
Q: Do I receive student support throughout the duration of the enrollment?
A: While our courses/programs are designed to be self-directed, we happily welcome any questions you may have, anytime. Contact us anytime.

A: The best way to stay connected with us is to join our free e-News Membership. This is a free membership where we email our subscribers occasionally with inspiring articles, news updates, sales notifications and more. Q: I didn't receive my digital receipt. How do I download the materials?
A: If you did not receive your receipt via email, please first check your spam folder within your email program. Your digital receipt is sent to the email address you used when you made your purchase on this website. If you still do not see the receipt in your inbox or spam folder within an hour after your purchase,contact us to let us know, immediately and we will resend the receipt to you.
Q: I lost my PDF files. I need a replacement link sent to me. How do I get one?
A: Our policy on digitally-based items/courses/programs: The instant download PDF(s) are available for you to download immediately after your purchase for a period of 24-hours, after which time they automatically expire. If you had problems downloading the PDF(s) within the first initial 24-hour time-frame, you may contact us within 24-hours after that time for a replacement link(s) to be sent to you via email. After that 24-hour period of time has elapsed, a replacement of the PDF file(s) will not be resent to you again; no exceptions. It is solely the individual's responsibility who purchased the digitally-based material(s) to ensure they keep the downloads in a safe place on their own computer.
Q: Do you offer refunds on any products/services/courses/programs:
A: No, we do not offer refunds. Due to the digital nature of our courses/programs, all sales are final. Contact us anytime to ask any questions you may have prior to making your purchase. If a physical item was shipped to you and it had a defect upon arrival to you, we can happily provide a replacement for you. Please connect with us for complete details.
